About CPOMP

The Congress of Physician-Owned Medical Properties (CPOMP) is a collaborative networking organization of medical groups that have, or are planning, meaningful investment in the real estate from which they practice. CPOMP exists to facilitate discussions and provide resources related to the development, financing, operation, and potential sale of physician-owned properties.

In the three years of CPOMP's existence, its Membership has reached nearly 300 physician-owned medical groups from across the nation. These groups are considered Members while the physicians and executives are Affiliates. Two Affiliates (one physician and one executive) from each group are invited to attend the CPOMP Annual Meetings. Visit the Membership Page for details about Member benefits and how to become a Member.

 

Advisory Board
CPOMP is led by its Advisory Board, comprised of physicians, executives, and industry experts who have extensive experience and knowledge regarding physician-owned medical real estate. Meet the Advisory Board.

 

Annual Meeting
The next Annual Meeting will take place July 29 - 31, 2021 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, UT. Physicians and healthcare executives will gather to discuss the latest medical real estate trends while networking with their peers and some of the most well-respected experts in the industry. Two Affiliates are invited to attend and must be either a physician-owner or C-level executive to assure networking at the highest level. Registration comes at no cost to the Affiliates and includes attendance at all sessions, meals, and networking events. 

 

One-Day Seminar
CPOMP will roll out its highly anticipated One-Day Seminar designed to provide physicians a sound understanding of the fundamentals of the investment and operation of owner-occupied medical real estate. The Faculty will include experts in law, accounting, investment, operations, and finance.

 

Discussion Topics
